I lost my receipt. Can I still fill out the Club Cage satisfaction survey?

Yes, you can. Visit satisfaction.cage.ca and click on “I don’t have a survey code”. You will still be able to submit the form and enter the monthly draw and get a chance to win 50 000 Club Cage points.
